SHIPPING TO THE EU

As of 1st January 2021 the UK exited the European Union. While we manage the transition period please note we have suspended shipping to the European Union. We want to assure our customers that we are working behind the scenes to have the correct infrastructure in place to ship orders to you with as little disruption as possible.  If you do have any questions please contact us and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.

International orders over £200 qualify for Free standard shipping 

Please note that if you live outside the European Union, you could be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation and additional processing charges which vary from country to country. Therefore we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. Please also not that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays to your delivery.

Goldesse cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please email goldesseswim@hotmail.com if you order does experience a delay by the courier and we will do our very best to help.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation. If tracking is available you will be able to access. 
 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to goldesseswim@hotmail.com. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
