Kindly note we do not offer an exchange service or free returns from the UK.
We hope you will love every item you ordered but if you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, you have 14 days to send it back to us from when the order arrived.
We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged.
Each piece is hand made with care and given a thorough inspection before shipping. If however you are unhappy with your purchase we can help solve the problem and facilitate a return.
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
In order to be eligible for a refund/ exchange the following criteria must be met:
the item is unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged
the item is returned with 14 working days of receipt
the hygiene seal, tags and original packaging remain intact
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns if the hygiene sticker has been removed or tampered with. For this reason we encourage you to try on your swimwear over your lingerie and only remove the seal when you are sure you want to keep your swimwear.
For all returns from outside of the U.K please ensure that you are aware of any potential associated customs and shipping charges. Goldesse swim is not responsible for any charges that are applied to your return.
UK customs agents place import duties on all items coming into the U.K if it is suspected that they are imported goods. Therefore please ensure you clearly label that your package is a RETURN on the outside of the package and on any customs forms you fill out.
You will be refunded the full order value minus any costs that the parcel have have incurred prior to us receiving.

Exchanges are only available for items of the same value. If additional payment is required a full refund will be made and a new order must be made. Standard postage fees apply with exchange orders.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning any items. All items are deemed to be your responsibility until received by Goldesse swim. For this reason we suggest sending via a tracked postal service as we will not accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
